新中国成立71周年来，中国共产党领导亿万人民以不舍昼夜的奋斗，成就了波澜壮阔的东方传奇。中国在实现经济快速发展的同时确保了社会长期稳定，让经济社会发展的活力有序释放，实现了活力与秩序、发展与稳定的平衡。
值此71岁生日来临之际，为了促进国际学生深入了解中国历史和中国人民在砥砺奋斗中感天动地的中国故事，感知中华文化的魅力，营造积极向上、健康文明的校园文化氛围，展现国际学生的青春风采，丰富国际学生的校园文化生活，我院特举办“喜迎国庆，祝福中国”中文歌唱比赛。现将相关内容通知如下：
一、 参与对象：全体国际学生
二、 歌唱主题：喜迎国庆，祝福中国
三、 相关要求：
（1） 歌唱语言：中文
（2） 参赛方式：视频录制
（3） 视频格式要求：16:9录制，清晰度720p以上，时间不超过10分钟
（4） 视频内容：开场白（自我介绍，来中国之后的感受等）+ 一首中文歌
（5） 视频投递截止时间：2020年9月30日
（6） 投递方式：以“姓名+学号+歌曲名”为邮件主题投递到wisu@whu.edu.cn
四、奖项设置：
本次大赛设特等奖1名，一等奖3名，二等奖4名，三等奖5名，优秀奖若干名。

A Notice of Holding the "Celebrate National Day, Bless China" Chinese Singing Competition
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China(PRC) 71 years ago in 1949, the Chinese Communist Party has led hundreds of millions of people to striveall the time to make a magnificent oriental legend. While achieving rapid economic development, China has ensured a long-term social stability, released the vitality of economic and social development in an orderly manner, achieving a balance between vitality and order, development and stability.
On the occasion of the 71st anniversary of PRC, the School of International Education organizes the "Celebrate National Day and Bless China" Chinese singing competition, aiming to deepen international students’ understanding of Chinese history and moving Chinese stories that descriptthe hard fight of the Chinese people for a better future, as well as to perceive the charm of Chinese culture, create a positive, healthy and civilized campus culture atmosphere, present youthful demeanor of international students with more colorful activities. The singing competition is now notified as follows:
1. Participants: All international students in WHU
2. Theme of the song: Celebrate National Day and Bless China
3. Related requirements:
(1) Singing language: Chinese
(2) Entry method: video recording
(3) Video format: 16:9 recording, 720p or more, no more than 10 minutes
(4)Video content: opening remarks (self-introduction, feelings after coming to China, etc.) + a Chinese song
(5) Deadline for video delivery: September 30, 2020
(6) Participation: e-mail wisu@whu.edu.cn with "name+student ID+song name" as the subject of the emailand video attached.
4. Awards setting:
Thereare1 special prize, 3 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 5 third prizes, and several outstanding prizes.
