2021年，教育部中外语言交流合作中心发布了《国际中文在线教育行动计划（2021-2025年）》，为国际中文在线教育的发展制定了美好的蓝图。为了顺应国际中文教育数字化、智能化建设的发展需求，加快实现国际中文教育现代化，实现国际中文在线教育目标真正地落地，由武汉大学国际教育学院与美国俄亥俄州立大学全美东亚语文资源中心合作主办的“中美国际中文在线教育与教学资源建设学术研讨会”，将于2023年11月17-19日在中国武汉大学举行，18日学术报告，19日上午举办汉语教学工作坊。热忱期待国际中文教育领域及相关学科专家学者莅临会议，共同讨论国际中文教育教学资源建设的相关问题。

CALL FOR PROPOSALS

We are pleased to announce the call for proposals for China-U.S. International Forum on Chinese Online Education and Chinese Teaching Resources Construction, which will take place on November 17- 19, 2023, at Wuhan University, China. November 18, academic presentations will be scheduled and the morning of the 19th will be reserved for a Chinese teaching workshop. The theme of the forum is “Chinese Online Education and Chinese Teaching Resources Construction”. Proposals related to this theme are especially encouraged, but we welcome submissions in any area of Chinese Online Education, including but not limited to, the following:
1. Studies of new concepts, new demands and new paths of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign and Second Language in China at home and abroad
2. Studies of methods and modes of online Chinese instruction as a foreign and second language
3. Studies and applications of Performed Culture Approach in online Chinese instruction as a foreign and second language
4. Studies of the construction of online Chinese teaching resources
5. Studies of online assessment of Chinese
6. Other studies of teaching Chinese as a foreign and second language
