请确认不能按学习计划在2022年7月毕业，且符合下列条件的中国政府奖学金博士研究生，于2022年5月15日之前登录系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn申报延长学习及奖学金资助期限。

PhD students (CSC program) who meet the following conditions and are not able to graduate in July 2022 as planned, please login to the system (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn) before May 15th, 2022 to submit extension application of study and scholarship:

1.学习态度认真、表现良好，因特殊原因不能按期完成学业，且未被派遣国列入2022/2023年度中国政府奖学金计划。

1.Having good academic attitude and performance, unable to finish school on schedule due to special reasons, and not included in the 2022 / 2023 CSC program by the sending country.

2.参加并通过2022年奖学金年度评审。

2. Having attended and passed 2022 annual evaluation of scholarships.

3.已经通过开题报告。

3. Having passed the dissertation proposal.

4.已经通过中期考核。

4. Having passed mid-term assessment.

5.未获得过奖学金延期累积达一年者。(根据国家留学基金管理委员会规定，博士研究生奖学金期限最多延长一年。)

5. Having not received a scholarship extension for one year. (According to the regulations of China Scholarship Council, PhD students cannot extend the scholarship for more than 1 year.)

申报流程：

1.博士研究生登录系统studyinchina.csc.edu.cn，系统用户名是CSC号，密码是申请奖学金时学生设置的密码。

2.进入“博士生延期申请”界面，点击“新增”按钮，填写相关申请信息后保存并提交。

3.请博士研究生及时将申请奖学金延期情况通知自己的导师。告知导师及时收取基金委发来的邮件并在2022年5月25日前登录系统填写审核意见并提交。（请一定及时联系导师完成此项步骤）
