武汉大学2020秋季国际新生开学须知

亲爱的同学们：

    你们好！欢迎新同学来到武汉大学，由于武汉还需要继续执行部分疫情防控措施，我校近日向每位同学发送了通知邮件，请同学们在9月7日前用邮件回复我们你们属于下面哪一种情况。

一、已经在中国境内并将在9月到校。

二、目前不在中国境内，将暂时参加网上授课（海关开放且教育部门批准后可申请来校）。

三、延期到2021年春季或秋季入学。（仅限自费生）

 

一、在中国境内国际学生来校须知

1. 请在9月7日前使用QQ软件接收学习安排。进修生加入国际新生进修生QQ群（群号928183903）；本科生请加入国际新生本科生QQ群（群号1020175020）；研究生请加入国际新生研究生QQ群（群号1138884134）。

2. 进修生、研究生、汉语言本科生需尽量在2020年9月11日前到校（学校9月7日开始上课）。其他本科生需尽量在2020年9月25日前到校（学校10月9日开始上课）。由于特殊情况稍晚于此期间可以来邮件说明。

3. 我们收到邮件后，将在下一封邮件发送武汉大学健康日报账号和密码，以及进行健康打卡的说明指南。你需要使用账号和密码登录微信中的“武大日报平安”小程序进行至少连续14天的健康打卡。

4. 你需要在到校的前7天内在有资质的正规医疗机构进行核酸检测和抗体检测并取得结果，核酸和抗体检测均为阴性或仅抗体IgG呈阳性允许返校。

5. 你需要将连续14天的健康打卡记录、核酸检测结果和抗体检测结果三个照片或截图发送给本邮件，然后等待确认反馈就能进入校园了。

 

二、境外学生上课及返校须知

1. 不在中国境内参加网课的同学请在9月7日前使用QQ接收网课安排。进修生加入国际新生进修生QQ群（群号928183903）；本科生请加入国际新生本科生QQ群（群号1020175020）；研究生请加入国际新生研究生QQ群（群号1138884134）。

2. 关于自费学生学费，你可以选择提前汇款给我们（收款账号按照官网信息），也可以在实际到校后再补交。奖学金生的生活费将在学生实际到校后补发。

3. 我们将随时关注中国教育部门的最新政策并及时通知你，也请你随时关注当地中国大使馆开放学习签证申请的信息以及国际航班的安排，并及时联系我们。届时我校将发给你新的《来华签证申请表》、《境外学生入校申请表》和其他入校要求。

 

三、延期到2021年春季或秋季入学（仅限自费生）

1. 我校将在未来一年内自动保留你的入学资格。

2. 你决定来校学习时请提前三个月给我们发邮件说明入学时间，我校将免费为你制作新的入学通知书和签证申请表，并告知入学要求。

 

 

 

 

 

Notice for International New Students' Registration at WHU

Dear students,

Welcome to the beginning of your studies at Wuhan University. According to the health restrictions, we are sending Registration Notice to everyone's email box, Please respond to the email before September 7,2020 and let us know which following catalog you belong to:

1. You are in China right now and able to arrive at Wuhan University in September.

2. You are abroad right now and will attend the online course. (You are welcome to apply to come back to campus anytime after the boarder reopens and MOE of China approvals)

3. You decide to postpone the registration to 2021 spring/autumn semester. (Self-supporting students only)

 

1. Notice of Registration for the international new students who are in China

(1) Please use QQ to receive the study plan before September 7. QQ group number: 928183903(for general scholar); QQ group number: 1020175020(for undergraduate students); QQ group number: 1138884134 (for graduate students).

(2) General scholar, graduate students and Chinese Language major undergraduate students would be better to arrive on campus before September 11, 2020 since the courses start from September 7. Undergraduate students would be better to arrive on campus before September 25, 2020 since the courses start from October 9. You may email us to postpone the registration if your arrival time is later than the duration suggested above.

(3)After we receive your confirmed email, we will email you the ID and Password for the Health Punch-in Program in Wechat and the Punch-in Guide. You need to punch in the program for 14 days continuously.

(4)You also need to do the Nucleic acid test and Antibody test at a qualified medical institution, and obtain the results within 7 days before your arrival in WHU. If the test results are all negative or only IgG is postive will be allowed to enter campus.

(5)You shall email us the three pictures or screenshots: 14 consecutive days Punch-in record, Nucleic acid test result and Antibody test result. You may enter campus after receiving our approval email.

 

2. Notice of Registration for the international new students who are out of China

(1) Please use QQ to receive the online study plan before September 7. QQ group number: 928183903(for general scholar); QQ group number: 1020175020(for undergraduate students); QQ group number: 1138884134 (for graduate students).

(2) You may transfer the tuition fee to us by the account information from our website. Or you may pay it after you come to the campus. The allowance of the scholarship students will be paid after arrival.

(3) We will inform you the latest policy from MOE of China. You shall pay attention to the latest police of study visa application from the local Chinese embassy and the international flights information. Please contact us if you need help to prepare the necessary materials including Visa Application Form, Entering Campus Application Form and Registration Guide.

 

3. Notice for the international new students who postpone the study(self-supporting students only)

1. Your Admission Qualification will be kept effectively for one year.

2. Please email us three month ahead to request new Admission Notice and Visa Application Form. The new package will be free.
