关于毕业国际学生领取行李的通知

全体毕业国际学生：

2020年毕业学生办理离校手续工作已经开始，由于疫情的影响，今年有部分学生无法返校办理行李领取手续，经学院研究决定采取以下方式办理：

一、 现住宿在校内学生按照正常流程办理；

二、 无法返校学生可自行寻找委托人代为办理，被委托人必须是在校的国际学生或者老师，代办手续具体包括：

1、 在国际教育学院网站上下载并填写《个人行李代办委托书》（见附件）。

2、 被委托人持委托人护照复印件和委托书到物业办公室联系工作人员打开宿舍房门。

3、 被委托人领取行李。

三、 行李办理截止时间为7月31日。到期无法返校且找不到委托人的毕业学生，其行李由学院另行集中处理。

Notice on Baggage Collection for International Graduates

All international graduates,

The graduation procedures for graduates in 2020 have already begun. Due to the impact of the epidemic, some students will not be able to return to the school for baggage collection procedures this year. The school has decided to take the following methods:

1. Students who live in the campus collect their baggage according to the normal process;

2. Students who cannot return to school can find a trustee to handle for themselves. The trustee must be an international student or teacher at the school. The procedures include:

2.1 Download and fill in the "Authorization Letter for Handling Personal Baggage" on the website of School of International Education (see attachment).

2.2 The trustee shall go to the dorm office with the copy of the trustor’s passport and the Authorization Letter to contact the staff to open the door of the dormitory.

2.3 The trustee collects the luggage.

2.4 The deadline for baggage collection is July 31. For graduates who cannot return to school after the deadline and cannot find a trustee, their baggage will be handled by the school.
