各研究生培养单位:

我校2016级研究生学历证书图像采集工作将于10月22日-23日进行, 现将有关事项通知如下:

1、学历证书图像采集是为了毕业证书上网、办理毕业证书、学位证书之用，由新华社湖北分社负责拍摄;

2、图像采集对象为：2016级新生,不含单证学生;

3、采用一卡通刷卡采集信息,请告知学生必须带上一卡通;

4、摄像时正规着装，不穿蓝色系列衣服（背景为蓝色），女生不化妆，不戴首饰。请告知同学们提前准备好着装,今后对照片不满意的,不能重照;

5、拍摄地点:一站式服务中心（工学部），医学院的同学在医学部8号楼8004教室，具体时间安排见下表。

About Photo-Taking for Graduation Certificate

All graduate students:

We schedule to take electric photo for graduate students’ graduation certificate from October 22 to October 23:

1. As a tradition, the photos will be taken by Xinhua News Agency Hubei Branch and will be used for your graduation certificates and degree certificates

2. Only for (Master and PhD) students starting 2016

3. Please do remember totake your student ID card

4. Formal dress is recommended. As the picture background will be in blue color, please AVOID wearing blue. Please don’t wear make-up or accessories (eg. earrings). In any case you are un-satisfied with the picture, we are afraidit can’t be re-taken.

5. Address: One-stop Student Affairs and Development Center (in Engineering Campus). Students majoring in medical take photo in classroom 8004 of building no.8 of medical campus.
