留学生办理结业离校通知

请原定2016年1月结业的留学生于2016年1月15日（星期五）之前到国际教育学院教学科研管理办公室（104室）办理结业离校或延长学习期限手续，过期不再办理。结业学生可申请办理成绩单、学习证明，成绩合格者可同时申请办理结业证书。

International students who’re supposed to complete your study in January 2016 please come to Teaching and Research Affairs Office (Room 104) to complete the procedure for leaving school(or the procedure for extension if applicable) before Friday January 15, 2016. We will accept no late applications.

Besides leaving procedure, you can also apply for issuing transcript and attest of enrollment in our office and students who have passed all courses are eligible to apply for Certificate of Completion.
