为激励大家努力学习，鼓励大家积极参加校内外各种有益学习和身心健康的活动，提高大家努力学习、遵纪守法、热心奉献的自觉性与积极性，培养品学兼优的人才，学院将启动2015年国际学生优秀奖学金评审工作，现通知如下：
一、申请对象
武汉大学在籍国际学生学历生（一年级新生除外），含本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生，不包括汉语进修生以及校际交流生。
二、奖励类别及获奖比例
A类：武汉大学品学兼优国际优秀学生奖学金
10人（本部6人，医学4人），3000元/人；
B类：武汉大学成绩优异国际优秀学生奖学金
1、一等奖 10人（本部6人，医学4人），2000元/人；
2、二等奖 20人（本部12人，医学8人），1500元/人；
3、三等奖 35人（本部20人，医学15人），1000元/人；
C类：武汉大学活动积极国际优秀学生奖学金
1、一等奖 10人（本部6人，医学4人），2000元/人；
2、二等奖 20人（本部12人，医学8人），1500元/人；
3、三等奖 35人（本部20人，医学15人），1000元/人。
三、申请流程
1、填写《武汉大学国际学生优秀奖学金申请表》；
2、校本部申请A、B、C三类奖学金的国际学生统一将申请表交至学院1103办公室；
3、医学专业国际学生申请A、B、C三类奖学金的，统一将申请表交至医学部综合办公室。
4、申请人须提交2014年9月至2015年7月所有课程成绩单（GPA需个人提前算好）；
5、申请截止时间：2015年12月16日下午17:00；
6、学院审批时间：2015年12月17日下午15:00；
7、获奖人员名单公示时间：2015年12月21日--25日；
8、发放奖学金时间：2015年12月31日。

Information Regarding “The Wuhan University International Students Scholarship for Academic Excellency” for 2015
To all International Students:
To motivate you to actively participate in various academic and physical activities in school, to encourage you on improving your study efforts, to guide you to be law-abiding, and to take initiative on selfless dedication, in order for us to help you on becoming an all-rounded, talented person, the School of International Education has taken the initiative to activate the review process of “The Wuhan University International Students Scholarship for Academic Excellency” for 2015, hereby notify as the following:
ⅰEligibility:
All registered international students (excluding first-year freshmen, Chinese Language short-term Program students, and exchange students), which includes bachelor, master, and Ph.D. students.
ⅱAward Categories and Ratio:
1. Type A - Scholarship for Excellency in both Academic Performance and Merit:
10 students (6 for Main Campus, 4 for Medical Campus), 3000 RMB per student.
2. Type B - Scholarship for Excellency in Academic Performance:
n First Prize: 10 students (6 for Main Campus, 4 for Medical Campus), 2000 RMB per student.
n Second Prize: 20 students (12 for Main Campus, 8 for Medical Campus), 1500 RMB per student.
n Third Prize: 35 students (20 for Main Campus, 15 for Medical Campus), 1000 RMB per student.
3. Type C - Scholarship for Active Participation in School Affairs:
n First Prize: 10 students (6 for Main Campus, 4 for Medical Campus), 2000 RMB per student.
n Second Prize: 20 students (12 for Main Campus, 8 for Medical Campus), 1500 RMB per student.
n Third Prize: 35 students (20 for Main Campus, 15 for Medical Campus), 1000 RMB per student.
ⅲApplication Procedures:
1. Fill-up the application for “The Wuhan University International Students Scholarship for Academic Excellency”
2. For students in Main Campus: submit your finalized application to the Office 1103
3. For student in Medical Campus: submit your finalized application to the General Office in Medical Campus.
4. Applicants must also submit their academic reports for the period between September 2014 and July 2015, along with finalized GPA number.
5. Application Deadline: before 17:00, December 16th, 2015.
6. Application Review Date: 15:00, December 17th, 2015.
7. Result Posting Date: December 21~25th, 2015.
8. Date of Receiving Scholarship: December 31th, 2015.

武汉大学国际学生优秀奖学金评选标准
1、基本条件
（1）申请人身心健康，对中国和中国人民友好，热爱武汉大学；
（2）硕博士研究生、英文授课的本科生当年度各科成绩为合格以上，汉语授课的本科生必修课成绩不及格门数不超过当年所修门数的10%；
（3）申请人学习态度端正，当年度考勤情况合理；
（4）申请人当年度按时注册，按时足量交纳学费、住宿费、保险费等相关费用；
（5）申请人当年度无违反校纪校规、院纪院规现象，无签证超期、非法居留等违法犯罪情况。
2、A类奖学金评选附加条件
（1）学习成绩优异，当年度GPA不低于2.7且在该学科门类（文、史、哲、经、管、法、教育、理、工、农、医）中排人国际学生前5%；
（2）业余活动丰富，积极组织并参加校、院内外组织的有益身心健康的文体活动和其它公益活动；
（3）在国家、省、市、校、院组织的大型活动或比赛中表现突出，并取得一定人次。
3、B类奖学金评选附加条件
（1）学习成绩优秀，当年度GPA不低于2.3且在该学科门类（文、史、哲、经、管、法、教育、理、工、农、医）中排人国际学生前10%；
（2）业余活动丰富，积极参加校、院内外组织的有益身心健康的文体活动和其它公益活动。
4、C类奖学金评选附加条件
（1）学习成绩良好；
（2）与学院来华留学办公室（学生事务）配合良好，积极带头参加或参与组织国家、省、市、校、院举办的各项活动；
（3）是学院国际学生联合会骨干，在国际学生中有较强的号召能力与组织能力。
Criteria for“The Wuhan University International Students Scholarship for Academic Excellency”
ⅰBasic Criteria:
1. Applicant must be in good physical and mental health, friendly to China and to Chinese people, love Wuhan University.
2. For MA, Ph.D., and Bachelor (who are lectured in English) students, all grades must be above average. For BA students who are lectured in Chinese, the number of failed courses must not exceed 10% of his/her total courses.
3. Must have positive attitude toward study, and have reasonable participation rate.
4. At the beginning of semester, applicant must have registered on-time, and pay all the required fees.
5. Applicant does not disobey rules and regulations set by the School within that academic year, with no visa problem, or illegal residency.
ⅱAdditional Criteria for Type A Scholarship:
1. Outstanding performance in academic, GPA does not lower than 2.7, and are amount the top 5% international students within his/her department.
2. Actively participating in various school and other charitable activities.
3. Great performance in national, provincial, city, or school-leveled competition, or event.
ⅲAdditional Criteria for Type B Scholarship:
1. Great performance in academic, GPA does not lower than 2.3, and are amount the top 10% international students within his/her department.
2. Actively participating in various school and other charitable activities.
ⅳAdditional Criteria for Type C Scholarship:
1. Good Academic Performance
2. Leads other students in participating various events organized by the School, or different level of government, and cooperates well with the Office.
Is the backbone of International Student Union, and has a strong appeal and organization skills amount all international students.
