关于为研究生学历证书采集电子照片的通知

各院硕士、博士研究生们：

我校将于10月24日-25日为研究生采集学历证书所需电子照片, 现将有关事项通知如下:

1、本次照片采集对象为：2015级新生

2、请务必带上校园卡（一卡通）

3、此次照片采集是为毕业证书、学位证书之用，由新华社湖北分社集中拍摄

4、照相时请着正装，不穿蓝色系列衣服（因为照片背景为蓝色），女生不化妆，不戴首饰。请提前准备好着装,并练习好表情(最美的表情是微笑),今后对照片不满意的,不能重照。

5、具体时间安排见下表。

About Photo-Taking for Graduation Certificate

All graduate students:

We schedule to take electric photo for graduate students’graduation certificatefromOctober 14 to October 25:

1. Only for(Master and PhD) students starting 2015

2. Please do remember totake your student ID card

3. Asa tradition,the photos will be taken by Xinhua News Agency Hubei Branch andwill be used for your graduation certificatesanddegree certificates

4. Formal dress is recommended. As the picture background will be in bluecolor, please AVOID wearing blue. Please don’t wear make-up oraccessories(eg.earrings). Practice gentle smile to have a beautiful picture. In any case you are un-satisfied with the picture, we are afraidit can’t be re-taken.

5. Please checkthe tablesbelow for more detailed arrangements.
