根据学院教学计划安排，现就本学期报到注册与选（上）课事宜通知如下：1：注册时间和地点：9月6日上午 8：30 － 11:30在国际教育学院 1105办公室注册

9月6日下午 2：00－ 5:30在医学综合办公室注册。

2：注册要求：学生本人持学生证、护照等自行完成，不能委托他人办理。

3：注册程序：

A 校内住宿学生到物业服务中心（三号楼负一楼）登记房间信息，获取住宿证明（校外住宿学生自行准备好校外住宿证明）。

B 1102办公室：缴纳学费、住宿费、保险费等。

C 1103办公室：校对联系电话，检查、办理居留许可.中国政府奖学金生注册签字。

D 1105办公室：完成注册（新生交2寸照片1张）、学生证加盖注册签章。

各类奖学金学生若无须缴纳学费、住宿费、保险费等，注册时只需要完成A、 C 和 D步骤即可，奖学金新生注册时需向1103办公室提供中国银行（武汉）账户。

已完成注册的、汉语专业留学生请在1105办公室选择班级或参加9月14日的汉语分班考试。

4：在学校规定的注册时间内完成注册的自费留学生，学校赠送保险。

超过规定期限未注册的学生，可能会面临加收滞纳金、停止发放生活费、取消学籍与居留许可、开除等处理。

5：各院系在校本科生、研究生于9月7日（星期一）开始上课。请同学们通过登录学校教务系统或到相关学院查询课表，按时上课；本科生选课和申请课程重修请在开学二周内进行，请根据本科生院《通识选修课网上选课的通知http://ugs.whu.edu.cn/info/1039/3631.htm》在规定的时间内上网选课。

6：汉语言（本科）专业3、4年级在校留学生请登录国际教育学院网站（http://sie.whu.edu.cn/）下载中心查询课表，于9月7日起开始上课。2年级学生9月16日开始上课.

7：汉语专业各类新生请于9月14日上午9点在国际教育学院参加分班笔试和面试。15日在1105办公室通知栏查询分班结果和课表，16日正式上课。留学生可在3号楼1楼购买教材。

8各院系2015级研究生 9月10日和9月11日到1105办公室领取进院系学习通知单和公共课课表到所在学院研究生办公室报到；各院系2015级本科生9月21日到1105办公室领取进院系学习通知单和公共课课表到所在学院本科生办公室报到。

In accordance with the teaching arrangement of School of International Education, registration and courses arrangements are as follows:

1. The registration for the international students in the main campus is to be held from 8:30-11:30 a.m. on September 6th in office 1105 in School of International Education. The registration for the medical majors is to be held from 2:00-5:30 p.m. on September 6th in Medical Administration Office for International Students in the medical campus.

2. Requirements of registration: students should bring student ID, passport and receipt.

3. Formalities of registration:

A. Students are required to register for accommodation and get accommodation proof at Property service center(Basement of building no.3).

B. Students are required to pay tuition fee, accommodation fee, insurance fee at Office 1102.

C. Students are required to register, check telephone number, inspect and apply for the residence permit at office 1103.Chinese government scholarship students register at office 1103.

D. Students are required to complete registration at Office 1105 and get the stamp of registration on the student ID.(Freshmen need to hand in a 2-inch photo)

All kinds of scholarship students only need to complete step A、C and D. New Scholarship students need to register their account of Bank of China (Wuhan) in the Office 1103.Students who have already completed the registration and will study Chinese should select the classes from office 1105 or take the streaming test on September 14th.

4. Insurance fee will be waived for the students who have completed the registration within the stipulated time. Students who register later than the prescribed time should pay late fee and even will be expelled.

5. The undergraduates and graduates will begin their classes on September 7th 2015 (Monday). Students can check course schedules from Management Systems or ask their colleges. The undergraduates should finish selecting their optional courses and retaking the courses within the first two weeks of this semester. Please select the general optional courses online in the prescribed time according to the notice on the web page (http://ugs.whu.edu.cn/info/1039/3631.htm).

6. The 3rd and 4th grade students majoring in Chinese Language should check the course schedule in the download center on the website of our college (http://sie.whu.edu.cn/) and begin their classes on September 7th , 2015. 2nd grade students majoring in Chinese Language begin their classes on September 16th .

7.New students should take a streaming test at 9:00 am on 14th September 2015 at School of International Education. Then they should check the results and schedule which will be announced on the bulletin board of office 1105 on September 15th . International students can buy Chinese textbooks on the first floor of building no.3.Class will begin on September 16th

8.Postgraduates in Grade 2015 should get college registration letter from office 1105 on September 10th 、September 11th,then register at postgraduate office in their college. Undergraduates in Grade 2015 should get college registration letter from office 1105 on September 21th,then register at undergraduate office in their college.
