4月21日至23日，我院组织来自14个不同国家共23名来华留学生，走进湖北省宜昌市及下辖五峰土家族自治县，开展了一场多元文化交流实践活动，通过沉浸式体验与实地考察，深入了解中华茶文化、非遗文化、乡村治理及生态文明建设成果。

    21日下午，留学生们首站抵达雄伟壮观的三峡大坝，直面这震撼人心的“大国重器”。在波光粼粼的长江边，他们不仅领略到了工程的壮观，更深刻体会到了中国式现代化是人与自然和谐共生的现代化，沿岸郁郁葱葱的生态美景是对“绿色发展”理念最生动的诠释。

    次日上午，师生驱车前往五峰土家族自治县，首站落脚在仁和坪镇杨家埫村。在土家村落与碧水青山的环抱中，留学生们亲自参与到土家打溜子、磨豆腐、岩板画绘制等一系列生动有趣的民俗活动中，亲身感受了土家族深厚且独特的文化底蕴。期间，杨家埫村党支部书记兼村委会主任刘胡锋详尽介绍了该村如何通过支部引领、能人示范、共建共享等途径实现乡村振兴的历史进程，同学们也一边品茶，一边同刘书记展开了热烈的交流，伴随着五峰茗茶的袅袅清香，思想的火花在杯盏间跳跃。

下午，同学们参观了楚香非遗课程馆，深入了解了香药同源的传统文化，并亲手尝试制作香品，品味其中乐趣；在宜红茶工业遗址，大家探究了五峰茶产业的发展历程，特别是其近现代茶叶生产、流通与国际贸易的融合发展情况；而在五峰非遗传承展示馆，留学生们进一步领略了土家民俗文化的丰富多样性，通过亲身体验薅草锣鼓、撒叶儿嗬、南曲、打溜子、板凳龙等非物质文化遗产项目，以及西兰卡普编织、精细竹编工艺、木工技艺、土家刺绣等传统艺术，从悠扬的薅草锣鼓到精美的西兰卡普，每一项技艺都是中华民族智慧的结晶，让留学生们赞叹不已。

    随后，同学们还走进当地高级中学，与高二学子展开面对面的交流互动，大家分享各自国家的风土人情，传递在武汉大学求学生活的真实感悟，不同文化的青年学子们在热烈活泼的对话中互相启迪。

    此行的最后一站来到了渔洋关，同学们参观了武陵山野生动植物标本馆，亲手绘制生态图谱，对武陵山区特有的生态体系和地理地貌有了直观认识，进一步提升了对生态环境保护的认识。此次活动充分展示了中国坚持“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念，在推进生态文明建设中所展现的高度责任感和大国担当。

   不仅如此，同学们还亲身体验了采茶和制茶的过程，深入了解了五峰茶悠久的历史和卓越品质，五峰因陆羽《茶经》中的记载被誉为“峡州山南出好茶”，更是世界茶旅的重要一站。通过实地体验，留学生们不仅习得了传统的制茶技艺，更是在实践中领悟到中华茶文化的深远内涵。

    此次五峰之行，不仅是一次知识与文化的洗礼，更是一场心灵与自然的对话，它不仅加深了留学生对中国传统文化和社会发展现状的理解，更为中外文化的交流与互鉴搭建了坚实的桥梁。归校后，同学们纷纷提笔，记录下了这一段难忘旅程中的深刻感悟与思考，为这场多元文化交流与生态文明实践的交响曲，留下了最真挚的注解。

   我非常感激也很荣幸武汉大学派我们去湖北省宜昌市参加社会实践活动，使我们感受到了不一样的生活，对中国人的生活习俗，文化和历史有了新的体会。

   在这次难忘的实践活动中，我不仅收获了美景与知识，还结交了许多志同道合的朋友。我们一起探索、一起学习、一起成长，共同分享着这段宝贵的经历。我们在宜昌市参观了许多名胜古迹。尤其影响最深刻的是采茶环节，我们亲手感受到了采茶的乐趣也同时亲手制作了茶。在这次活动中我尤其是对中国的茶文化又有了更多的知识。我们在宜昌市观看了高高的山和冰冰的水。望未来还有更多这样的机会，让我能继续深入了解中国的每一个角落，感受中华民族的博大精深。

Samilu:

Nestled in Hubei Province lies Wufeng Tujia, a place of captivating beauty shrouded in mystery. During the holidays, my fellow students and I, all from Wuhan University, embarked on a journey to Yichang, a city within Wufeng. Our primary destination? The awe-inspiring Three Gorges Dam, the world's largest water control project. Witnessing its magnificent design and historical significance firsthand was truly unforgettable.

Our adventure extended beyond the dam. We delved into the heart of the Tujia culture, captivated by the ancient melodies that echoed through the mountains. The rhythmic beat of the drums, known as "daliuzi," transported us, showcasing the artistic charm of this traditional Tujia folk music. We learned that daliuzi, a harmonious blend of gongs, drums, cymbals, and other instruments, narrates the stories and preserves the memories of the Tujia people.

Our exploration also led us to experience the local tradition of grinding soybeans with stone mills. This fascinating process not only offered a glimpse into their heritage but also ensured the retention of maximum flavor and nutrition in their delicious soybean milk.

Furthermore, we embraced the opportunity to paint on stones using unique local pigments, creating a personalized memento of our trip.

Yichang offered an experience brimming with unforgettable memories. From the breathtaking landscapes to the rich cultural tapestry, it provided the perfect escape to rejuvenate and rediscover the joy of travel.

   首先，非常开心可以赴湖北宜昌参加“沿着长江感知中国”的实践活动。我们来到了三峡大坝，坐船观看世界上最大的水利水电工程之一。三峡大坝的工程壮观之处在于其规模之大，技术之先进以及功能之多样，它的建设是人类工程技术的智慧杰作，也是中国工程建设史上的一座丰碑。之后我们去了五峰，体验土家族当地的文化特色如打溜子，磨豆浆，在岩板上作画，体验制香，采茶，制茶等。其次，在这次活动中我还认识了很多志同道合的朋友，和大家相处的这几天给我带来了很多美好回忆。希望未来我还可以多参加一些实践活动，更深入的了解中国，继续探索中国丰富多彩的民俗风情以及传统文化。

   在一系列丰富多彩的实践活动中，我有幸参与了位于湖北省宜昌市的“沿着长江感知中国”项目，由武汉大学组织。这次活动不仅让我深刻体验了中国的传统文化和自然美景，还使我有机会参与了一系列具有地域特色的体验，如制作、采茶、磨豆腐和岩板彩绘等。我对壮观的三峡大坝留下了深刻印象，并在五峰山享受了与土家族文化接触的机会。通过这些活动，我不仅增长了知识，还结交了许多新朋友，共同分享了宝贵的学习和成长经历。我感到非常荣幸能够参加这样的活动，并希望未来有更多机会深入了解和体验中国文化。

   我很高兴能参加这次宜昌研学之行，在这次旅行中我看到了很多美丽的风景。第一天到三峡大坝乘船欣赏长江两岸，青山绿水。第二天前往五峰山杨家埫村，见识了土家族“打溜子”，喝到了自己亲自磨的豆浆，体验了在岩板上画彩绘等土家特色。还在哪里吃到非常好吃的美食。下午我们来到五峰非遗传承展示馆，了解到香的由来，还亲手制作了楚香，在那里我们还参观了很多历史文物，能想象到古时候人民的勤劳和智慧。我们还去五峰学校和可爱的弟弟妹妹友好交流。最后一天我们去参观了武陵山野生动植物标本馆，看到了很多动植物的标本。最后我们去五峰当地学校体验采茶和制茶。

   这几天的经历对于我来说是一次很特别的经历，让我感受到外面世界的丰富多彩，中国文化的博大精深，波澜壮阔的风景，热情真诚的人们。这不是一次普通的研学旅行，它是一次对未来生活有着深远影响的旅程。这次旅程让我更加成熟和自信，也让我更加珍惜我所拥有的一切。

My participation in the "Experience China Along the Yangtze River" program was incredibly rewarding, offering a diverse array of experiences that broadened my understanding of Chinese culture and its vibrant landscapes. The journey took us to Yichang, where we explored the stunning scenery along the Yangtze River, breathing in fresh air and enjoying the picturesque surroundings. The warm hospitality of the local people made the experience even more memorable.One of the journey's highlights was visiting the Three Gorges Dam, the world's largest hydroelectric project, where we were in awe of its sheer scale and remarkable engineering. We also ventured into the mountains to listen to the traditional melodies of the Tujia people and experienced the rhythmic art of "Da Luzi," with its engaging mix of drums and gongs, offering a captivating glimpse into Tujia culture.In addition, we engaged in hands-on activities that enriched our understanding of local traditions. Grinding soybeans to make tofu, painting on stone slabs, making incense, and picking tea leaves were not only enjoyable but also helped us connect with the cultural roots of the region. During these activities, I formed new friendships with others who shared similar interests, which added to the overall joy of the trip.Moreover, I had the opportunity to visit a modern Chinese village, where I witnessed the progress in new rural development, showcasing China's innovative spirit and commitment to modernization. This further deepened my appreciation for the country's rapid growth and its unique blend of tradition and progress.

Overall, this journey was filled with learning and unforgettable memories. It has inspired me to continue exploring and discovering the rich heritage of Chinese culture.
