武汉大学来华留学教育最早可追溯于20世纪30年代，至今已有超过11，000名来华留学生曾在和正在珞珈山求学深造。他们和珞珈山一起成长，共谱华章，为促进中外民心相通做出了积极贡献。

一、征文主题
我和武大来华留学的故事
二、征文范围
全校师生、离退休老同志和海内外师友、校友。
三、征文要求
1. 文体：体裁不限，记叙文、散文、诗歌等均可，题目自拟。
2.语言：中文或英文。
3.内容：紧紧围绕“我和武大来华留学的故事”这一主题，以“我”的视角，反映学校来华留学教育事业发展相关的历史掌故、趣闻轶事、人物侧写等，力求主题鲜明，文笔优美，情感真实。
4.字数：不超过1万字，以3000-5000字为宜。
5.征文须为作者本人原创，文责自负。

五、评选与奖励
本次征文活动所征集作品由国际教育学院邀请相关专家学者组成评委会进行评审，并进行奖励。征集作品将结集出版，在武汉大学国际教育学院官网、微信公众号等平台刊发。

投稿邮件标题注明“我和武大来华留学的故事”字样。投稿时需附投稿人介绍，包括姓名、国籍、所在单位、职务、个人简要经历、联系方式（手机、邮箱）等。

Call for Submission: My WHU Story
International education in Wuhan University dated back to the time when Miss Inmas Jackson, an Oxford undergraduate, enrolled into Chinese Department, Wuhan University in September 1936. Her classmates in their memoir recalled that she had a fabulous time in Luojia Mountain. During the 87 years since then, more than 11,000 international students have studied and are studying in WHU. We invite our international alumni and students to tell your unique stories and memories of your WHU times, as part of WHU 130th anniversary celebration in 2023.
Requirements
1. Submissions are open to all the international students and alumni at home and abroad.
2. Submissions should focus on the theme of "My WHU Story as an International Student", and tell about your experience and memories in WHU. It can be a story, a poem or any narrative, with a title of your own making,
3. Submissions can be in English or Chinese, with no more than 4,000 words, preferably 1500 to 2000 words.
While the last day for all submissions will be 30 June 2023, it is highly recommended to send submissions as early as possible, in order to provide sufficient time to process and review. The best ones will be awarded with prizes, and posted onto the website and WeChat account of School of International Education, Wuhan University.
Students and alumni are kindly invited to provide your profile that includes your name, contact information (mobile phone, email) and most preferably a photo of yours, and attach it to your submission and send them all to sie@whu.edu.cn.
