根据学校教学计划，现就2023年寒假及2022-2023学年春季学期注册等事宜通知如下：

一、寒假时间：

2023年1月8日至2月14日。

二、注册时间：

2023年2月15日（星期三）注册，2月16日（星期四）正式上课。

三、境内国际学生注册方式：

中国境内国际学生按照注册流程到国际教育学院104办公室完成注册。

四、境外国际学生注册方式：

因疫情原因不能返校的中国境外国际学生，请在2023年2月13日至2月15日期间，通过发送邮件到sie_jxb@whu.edu.cn的方式注册，邮件主题注明为“注册报到”，邮件内容应包括本人学号、姓名。

五、境内外缴费方式：

境内外学生请通过武汉大学国际学生在线服务系统缴费。

2.具体学生支付使用说明请见附件。

六、注册提示：

1.未按注册规定缴纳费用的国际学生不予注册。

2.未注册的国际学生不享有在校生待遇。

3.无正当理由超过规定期限未注册的国际学生按旷课处理；违反注册规定，情节严重的国际学生，作自动退学，取消学籍处理。

Notice on Winter Vacation & Spring Semester Registration 2023

January 5, 2023

In accordance with the teaching plan of WHU, detailed arrangement of Winter vacation and Spring semester registration of 2023 are as follows:

I. Winter vacation

Winter vacation: January 8 to February 14, 2023.

II. Registration dates for Spring semester:

The registration date: February 15, 2023 (Wednesday) . Classes start on February 16, 2023（Thursday）.

III. Registration for international students inside China

Students inside China please follow registration procedure and complete registration in office 104 SIE.

IV. Registration for international students outside China

Students who cannot return due to the epidemic can complete registration by sending an email to sie_jxb@whu.edu.cn within the period from February 13 to February 15, 2023.

Please title your registration email as “REGISTRATION” and state your student ID number and name in the mail.

V. Method of Payment

Students no matter inside or outside of China please pay through Wuhan University International Student Service System.

2.Specific payment instructions please check the attachment.

VI. Other reminders for registration

1. Students who fail to pay the fees will not be able to complete registration.

2. Students who fail to register are not entitled to the rights & benefits of students.

3. Students who fail to register on the prescribed time limit without justified reason shall be regarded as absenteeism. In severe violation of registration administration, students’ status of study would be canceled.
