根据《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》的有关规定，我校定于2015年4月开展2015中国政府奖学金年度评审工作，具体通知如下：
1、以下2类学生务必按规定参加奖学金年度评审：
A按学习计划2015年9月起仍在校学习的中国政府奖学金生。
B原计划2015年7月毕业，需要申请延长奖学金期限的中国政府奖学金生。
不能按原计划2015年7月毕业的获中国政府奖学金资助的学历生（本科、硕士，博士），请尽快向其导师及学院确认是否可以毕业，如不能按期毕业请于4月10日之前到国际教育学院1105办公室办理奖学金延长手续，并于4月24日前提交《中国政府奖学金生延长奖学金期限申请表》。
2、请各国学生代表4月10日前到教学科研管理办公室（1105）领取并发放《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》和填表要求。
3、请各位同学在4月30日前根据填表说明和要求，完成《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》并提交一份本学年成绩单或导师评语交到教学科研管理办公室（1105）。
4、享受中国政府奖学金的留学生，必须参加并通过奖学金评审，才能继续享受下一学年的奖学金。
无故不参加年度奖学金评审者，2015年8月起取消中国政府奖学金生资格。

In accordance with relevant regulations in Annual Observation & Reviewing on Chinese Government Scholarship，our university will begin to evaluate 2015 Chinese Government Scholarship in April,2015. Specific notification is as following:
1. The following students are required to participate in the evaluation:
A.Chinese Government Scholarship holders who will still be at school in September, 2015 as planned.
B. Chinese Government Scholarship holders due to graduate in July, 2015, already applied to extend their scholarship.
The Chinese Government Scholarship students (undergraduate students、graduate students、Ph.D. students ) who cannot graduate in July 2015 on time as planned，pleasego to the supervisor and college as soon as possible to confirm if the student can graduate or not. If the student can’t graduate on time, he or she has to apply to the office 1105（School of International Education）for scholarship extension before April 10th and submit the Form for Scholarship Extension ofChinese government Scholarship Students before April 24th.
2. Students’ representatives of all the countries and regions should get the Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status and filling-out directions from Teaching Affairs Office (Room 1105) and distribute the forms to the other scholarship students before April 10,2015.
3. Students should complete the Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status based on the directions and requirement and submit the forms to the Teaching AffairsOffice (Room 1105) before April 30, 2015. And the student should submit the transcript of this academic year or the comment of the supervisor.
4. Chinese Government Scholarship holders must participate in the evaluation and only those students whose performance is approved can keep the scholarship for the next academic year.
Students who fail to participate in the evaluation without valid permission will forfeit their qualifications to receive a Chinese Government Scholarship starting from August 2015.
